This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Flux Connectivity Inc. (the “Physical Goods”).
Flux Connectivity Inc. – Limited Warranty
What This Limited Warranty Covers
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. It applies only to products manufactured and sold directly by Flux Connectivity Inc.
What We Will Do
If a defect is found during the warranty period, Flux Connectivity Inc. will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts;
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value
- Refund the original purchase price.
Warranty Duration
Coverage lasts 1 year from the original date of purchase.
Replacement products or repaired parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
Who Is Covered
This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only. It is non-transferable.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Improper installation, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations.
- Natural disasters (e.g., flood, lightning, fire).
- Theft, loss, or cosmetic damage.
- Removal or tampering of serial numbers or warranty labels.
Shipping Responsibilities
Flux Connectivity Inc. will cover outbound shipping for repaired or replaced items.
The customer assumes all risk and cost for shipping the item to Flux, including any loss or damage during transit.
How to Request Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim:
- Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Ship the product, in its original or equivalent protective packaging, to the address provided by our team.
- Include all original accessories and documentation.
