To house and protect all of these internal components, plastic shells are moulded and fitted.
Robotic systems handle much of the repetitive work. Meanwhile, skilled technicians oversee quality control, ensuring that each printer meets strict safety and performance standards.
Testing to prepare for packaging.
Every printer undergoes multiple rounds of testing before leaving the factory. These tests check for alignment, connectivity, printing accuracy and durability under continuous use. Environmental testing, such as heat and vibration resistance, guarantees that printers can withstand varied conditions. Only when a printer passes all quality benchmarks is it packaged and shipped to retailers worldwide.
Once approved, printers are packaged with eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Manuals, power cords and starter cartridges are added before the final seal. Distribution networks then move printers to global markets, ensuring they arrive in time for peak back-to-school demand.
